They also said " B-MET is a brief cognitive test suitable to detect vascular cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease. A resource for those diagnosed with CADASIL, their relatives and carers." The meta header had Cadasil as the first search term. This keyword is followed by autosomal dominant inheritance, lacunar stroke, and genetic testing which isn't as urgent as Cadasil. The other words they used was neurocognitive assessment. NOTCH3 is included but might not be seen by search parsers.
